Hey Mama, I'm Catherine! I'm so happy that you are here! I know that means you are sleep-deprived and struggling. When I had my first daughter, I immediately knew that sleep was going to be a priority for me. My first daughter was pretty much a dream when it came to sleep. I could lay her down fully awake and she'd put herself to sleep. I thought, "Yep, I've got this parenting thing down." Then came my second bundle of joy, and oh boy, did she throw me a curveball!
My youngest daughter needed ALL the help to go to sleep! Even though I was already a certified baby and toddler sleep specialist and had lots of tips & tricks up my sleeve, it was still a challenge for me and my husband.
